Universal Banker (Brookline, MA)

Process a wide variety of transactions for members including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, payroll adjustments, and bank checks in accordance with established Credit Union policies. Originates and closes all loan types via direct member contact, telephone, mail, and fax applications, ensuring all conditions for approval are met before disbursing funds. Perform all sales and services activities necessary to meet assigned quarterly goals while creating an exceptional member experience through relationship deepening. Answer telephones, provide information, and direct callers to appropriate departments, while balancing cash drawers and making daily settlements. Adhere to all aspects of the Bank Secrecy Act policy and procedures, including ATM balancing under dual control. Work towards achieving sale/service goals by attending department meetings and product knowledge training, with the ability to work some Saturdays and provide temporary coverage. Maintain knowledge of all products and services offered, including periodic promotional offerings, and promote third-party products as determined by the Credit Union.
