Job Summary
Interview customers seeking banking services, handle transaction details, and prepare necessary documents to ensure satisfaction. Process deposits, verify signatures and balances, and cash checks while maintaining cash limits within established guidelines. Resolve customer problems by researching records and following up on details, while soliciting new business to meet monthly and yearly loan and deposit goals. Manage account maintenance, open or close branches, and control combination and key access. Monday through Friday, 8-hour shift with one hour lunch between 7:30 AM and 5:30 PM. Requires standing for long periods, lifting 30 lbs, and working under time constraints. Exposed to potentially hazardous conditions such as robbery.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent diploma
- Ability to work under time constraints and pressure
- Critical sensory abilities: seeing, hearing/listening, touching, and speaking
- Physical dexterity to operate general office equipment such as telephone, computer, calculator, photocopier, and postage machine
- Physical ability to stand, walk, sit, climb stairs, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl
- Mental effort capabilities: reading, writing, basic arithmetic, mathematics, visualizing conclusions, analyzing data, searching for solutions, creating methodologies, conducting research, and managing resources
- Ability to lift and carry 30 lbs. waist high and 20 lbs. shoulder high
- Monday through Friday, 8-hour shift with one hour lunch between the hours of 7:30 AM and 5:30 PM
- Agreement to go to any other location requested by management for travel
- Use of personal vehicle for temporary re-assignment
- Understanding that temporary re-assignment requires the use of personal vehicle
