Job Summary
Assist clients with banking transactions, open new accounts, and initiate wire transfers while maintaining a cash drawer and ATM maintenance duties. Answer client questions in-person or over the telephone, escalate issues as needed, and refer clients to business partners. Complete all required logs and compliance activities while supporting financial goals through thoughtful interactions. Requires high school diploma/GED and banking experience; ability to lift 30 pounds and travel to branches or off-site training as needed. Flexible schedule to service clients during banking hours.
