Job Summary
Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting with inquiries, resolving issues, and recommending tailored financial solutions. Process transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers while managing cash drawer accuracy and following compliance protocols. Open accounts, update records, and educate clients on digital banking tools to support branch sales goals for accounts, loans, and other products. Monitor suspicious activity, participate in ATM balancing and night deposits, and collaborate with the team to ensure seamless service delivery. Maintain knowledge of bank policies and regulatory requirements to uphold security and fraud prevention standards.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with a willingness to adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, projects, and deadlines simultaneously
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships
