Job Summary
Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting with inquiries, resolving issues, and recommending tailored financial solutions. Process transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers while maintaining cash drawer accuracy and supporting account openings and updates. Promote bank products to meet sales goals and educate clients on digital banking tools. Monitor suspicious activity, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and collaborate with the team to achieve branch objectives. Assist with training new members and participate in branch meetings to stay informed on updates.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with a willingness to adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, projects, and deadlines simultaneously
