Job Summary
Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting with inquiries, resolving issues, and recommending appropriate banking products. Process teller transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers while maintaining cash drawer accuracy. Open accounts, update records, and educate clients on digital tools to support branch sales goals for accounts, loans, and financial solutions. Ensure compliance with security protocols and escalate suspicious activity as needed. Collaborate with the team to achieve operational targets and mentor new members. This full-time role at Bank of Hope offers a salary range of $19.50 - $24.50 hourly plus bonus and benefits, requiring a high school diploma and strong communication skills. Korean language ability is preferred.
