Universal Banker

Performs a variety of duties to provide existing and potential customers with efficient and accurate services. Opens accounts, explains and processes investments and other financial services, and corrects records by entering information into computer systems; assists customers with questions, investigates and corrects errors, and handles teller operations including deposits, withdrawals, and balancing cash drawers. Interacts with customers to present funds, obtain receipts, and coordinate with fraud reporting agencies; maintains professional communication with staff and customers; supports accounts in savings, checking, IRAs, CDs, and other financial products; processes transactions and ensures accurate record-keeping and balancing of cash and ATM/night depository cash.
