Job Summary
Manage Personal and Prestige banking customer demands ranging from product inquiries to account activities and service requests. Form accurate assessments of customer needs to deliver solutions within product, segment, and legislative parameters in a one-and-done manner. Provide front-line support to meet sales and service objectives using knowledge of bank processes, policies, and products. Requires a first degree in any discipline and 3-4 years of experience in Personal and Private Banking.

- Front line experience in serving customers in order to meet sales and service objectives
- Previous experience in branch banking or contact centre environment
- good understanding of bank processes, policies and products
