Job Summary
Universal Banker 1 – Performs customer transactions accurately and courteously, including Reg CC holds, Reg E disputes, and stop payments; builds customer relationships to offer product knowledge and services; adheres to procedures and regulatory requirements; serves as a backup for other roles; participates in examinations/audits and compliance programs; engages in community presence and ongoing learning through Frontline Basics and product usage; requires cash handling and strong communication skills; availability for part-time scheduling, with travel to outlying branches as needed; requires a valid driver’s license and the ability to travel; multilingual ability is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel to outlying branch areas, as business needs dictate.
- Education & Experience: High school diploma or GED preferred; one year of previous experience preferred; cash handling and customer service experience preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
