Job Summary
Provide timely and courteous customer service; process customer transactions accurately and efficiently; assess customers' financial needs and suggest Bank services; actively participate in and promote the Bank’s sales culture and referral programs; maintain daily transactions and balance the drawer; ensure compliance with banking regulations; identify customer needs and develop solutions to meet goals; open and maintain deposit accounts for consumers and businesses; perform cash, vault, and ATM duties as part of Universal Associate I (Teller/New Accounts); collaborate with co-workers to deliver quality service; hours average about 40 per week and include some Saturdays (approximately 2,080 hours per year).
Required Qualifications
- One year customer service and cash handling experience.
