Job Summary

Welcome and direct members visiting the branch, presenting credit union services and products while opening, closing, and researching accounts. Resolve member account discrepancies through file maintenance and assist with complex transaction escalations. Process consumer loans by interviewing applicants, verifying credit criteria, computing debit ratios, and coordinating closings for prompt disbursement. Assist with loan servicing, including payoffs, refinances, and collateral releases, while balancing cash drawers, vaults, and ATM+ machines. Identify and report potentially fraudulent activity, ensuring compliance with security procedures and branch audit responsibilities.
