Job Summary
Universal Advisor in FirstRand/First National Bank points-of-presence, focused on delivering compliant sales and service to walk-in and existing customers within a high-volume branch environment. The role involves engaging customers, identifying needs, selling and cross-selling banking solutions, educating customers on banking platforms and migrating to digital/self-service channels, processing transactions to meet benchmarks, and maintaining accurate records while complying with FAIS, FICA, TCF, and internal governance. The position emphasizes ethical conduct, customer-centric service, and ongoing learning, with opportunities to build relationships and contribute to the brand in a dynamic POP setting.
Required Qualifications
- Grade 12 / NQF Level 4
- Preferred: NQF Level 5 Certificate in Banking, Business Administration, Customer Service, or related fields recognized by FAIS
