Job Summary
Universal Advisor role in a high-volume branch environment delivering compliant sales and service solutions to walk-in and existing customers. Responsibilities include engaging customers to identify needs, cross-selling suitable banking products, migrating customers to digital/self-service channels, handling transactions to meet benchmarks, managing leads and referrals, maintaining accurate customer records with FAIS, FICA and TCF governance, and staying informed on product offerings and regulatory changes. Demonstrates ethical, customer-centric service and the ability to work independently and with a team to contribute to overall branch success.
Required Qualifications
- Grade 12/NQF Level 4
- Preferred: NQF Level 5 Certificate in Banking, Business Administration, Customer Service, or related fields recognized by FAIS
- 1–3 years of experience in customer-facing environments, service delivery, or client support within financial services
