Job Summary
Deliver compliant sales and service solutions in a high-volume branch environment, engaging customers to identify needs, provide appropriate banking and digital-channel solutions, and educate on e-Channels and self-service platforms. Responsible for migrating customers to digital channels, fulfilling transactions beyond benchmarks, maintaining accurate records, ensuring FAIS, FICA, and TCF governance, and proactively managing leads, referrals, and follow-ups while upholding ethical standards and product knowledge."
Required Qualifications
- Grade 12/NQF Level 4
- 1-3 years of experience in customer-facing environments, service delivery, or client support within financial services
