Job Summary
Statistical Research Analyst I supporting orthopaedic surgery research at MUSC. Responsibilities include recruiting patients and collecting data for studies, completing data analysis and manuscript preparation for scientific publication, assisting physicians with ongoing studies, drafting grant proposals, gathering patient images and operative/clinical notes, attending surgeries for video case collection, assembling surgeon presentations and case reports, and preparing institutional documents for research approvals. Strong emphasis on data management, clinical research support, and collaboration with clinicians and residents.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma and two years clerical or paraprofessional experience involving the compilation of data and statistics
- A bachelor's degree may be substituted for the required work experience
