Training development and delivery for DLAR staff, including creating content and curriculum; reviewing and updating SOPs; developing e-learning materials; adapting training for different departments and roles; delivering hands-on and classroom instruction; ensuring safety training and proper PPE use; supporting staff development and mentorship; aiding with AALAS certification preparation; assisting with hazard reporting, safety documentation, and tick@lab software support; maintaining training records; demonstrating animal handling proficiency and knowledge of applicable regulations to ensure compliance across the department.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in chemistry, biology, or other natural, life or health care science
- one year work experience directly related to the assigned research area
