Job Summary
Coordinate the Adolescent Brain Cognitive Development (ABCD) Study protocol, including neuroimaging, neurocognitive assessments, and clinical interviews. Supervise and train research staff on lab standards, biospecimen collection, and data entry while conducting quarterly quality checks. Manage participant communication and scheduling to support retention, oversee clinical and neuropsychological evaluations, and handle biospecimen shipping. Ensure site data management and regulatory compliance through annual reporting and Coordinating Center monitoring visits. Lead weekly team meetings, prepare progress reports, and manage onsite petty cash for participant payments. Requires availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree
- One year of relevant program experience
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and some holidays
- Must be able to work evenings and weekends
- Ability to lift and carry 15 lbs., unassisted
- Ability to lower objects, up to 15 lbs., from height of 36 inches to floor level, unassisted
- Ability to push/pull objects, up to 15 lbs., unassisted
- Ability to maintain 20/40 vision, corrected, in one eye or with both eyes
- Ability to see and recognize objects close at hand
- Ability to see and recognize objects at a distance
- Ability to determine distance/relationship between objects; depth perception
- Good peripheral vision capabilities
- Ability to maintain hearing acuity, with correction
- Ability to perform gross motor functions with frequent fine motor movements
- Ability to fully use both hands/arms
- Ability to perform repetitive motions with hands/wrists/elbows and shoulders
- Ability to reach in all directions
- Possess good finger dexterity

Desired Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in psychology, Psychological & Brain Sciences, Neuroscience, or a related field
- Prior research experience in a lab
- Knowledge of REDCap data entry, management, reporting tools
- Interviewing research participants
- Conducting structured clinical interviews
- Neuropsychological tests
- Collecting biospecimens – including drawing blood and MRI assessments
- Experience working with adolescents and emerging young adults (ages 9-20)
- Excellent verbal communication and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and the ability to work independently and assure accuracy
