Job Summary
Conduct study feasibility assessments, coordinate site qualification visits, and manage SPARC resources to ensure operational readiness for clinical trials. Prepare and submit IRB applications, maintain electronic regulatory systems, and track continuing reviews and reportable events to ensure compliance with institutional and federal requirements. Assist with grant proposal preparation, develop budgets, and submit applications through Cayuse while tracking deadlines and managing post-award documentation. Serve as a liaison between investigators, sponsors, and regulatory bodies to monitor timelines and support audit readiness. Maintain accurate study records and register studies in ClinicalTrials.gov.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Three years of relevant program experience
- Ability to perform job functions in an upright position
- Ability to perform job functions in a seated position
- Ability to perform job functions while walking/mobile
- Ability to work indoors
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather and temperature extremes
- Ability to work in confined/cramped spaces
- Ability to perform job functions from kneeling positions
