Job Summary
Provide administrative and technical support for programs within the South Carolina Clinical and Translational Research Institute (SCTR). Serve as a Junior Research Coordinator within the Research Nexus Research Coordination and Management mentorship program, supporting MUSC investigators. Responsibilities include recruiting study participants, data entry and filing, and scheduling study visits. This entry-level role supports research operations across administration, regulatory, and data/informatics tasks, with opportunities to develop into professional Research Coordinators. Must be willing to work rotating shifts, potentially overtime, and travel locally; position involves coordinating study activities and supporting regulatory submissions and data collection.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma and three years of relevant program experience
- Bachelor's degree may be substituted for the required program experience
- Ability to work rotating shifts with flexible hours and overtime as needed
- Overnight and local travel may be required
