Part-time project lead coordinator for the EM department's FOCUS project at MUSC Health. Provides administrative and program-management support to site and project directors across multiple MUSC ED locations, with travel between sites (Columbia, Lancaster, Chester, Orangeburg). Responsibilities include downloading Epic EMR reports, proficiency with Excel and database software, coordinating and communicating with project team and stakeholders, managing a portfolio of programs, tracking key performance metrics and risks, and ensuring program and project success through collaboration. Also handles screening reports updates, scheduling and tracking project requests, and providing regular leadership updates.
