Job Summary
Grant administrator role within the Department of Psychiatry at MUSC: develop, prepare and submit grant proposals for assigned divisions or PIs; manage pre-award processes with collaboration across Addiction Sciences, NCVC, and BSL; assist with budget design and justifications within funding agency policies; liaise with Investigators, ORSP grantees and sub-awardees; manage IPFs with Cayuse and routing approvals; handle JIT/NOA processing and establishment of subcontracts; support continuation/RPPR reporting and required documentation; oversee research procurement and reimbursements, including purchase orders, agreements, travel and memberships; communicate financial and grant program matters to diverse stakeholders; maintain confidentiality and present financial data at meetings; require strong written and verbal communication skills and computer literacy; salary range $52,100–$88,600 annually; bachelor's degree and three years relevant experience required.
