Job Summary
Dental Assistant III in MUSC College of Dental Medicine Special Needs performs chairside assisting for resident providers across general and advanced specialty care, including management of anesthesia; sets up operatory, sterilizes instruments, and maintains infection control; acquires radiographs and supports radiology safety; assists with patient transport and care, maintains supplies and MSDS, and provides administrative clinic support. Requires ADA-accredited dental assisting training or equivalent experience, a high school diploma with relevant experience, and Radiation Safety certification. Works in Charleston, SC, in a full-time role with in-person duties.
Required Qualifications

- one year of dental assisting experience OR three continuous years of dental assisting experience
