Job Summary

Administrative Coordinator I for Transplant Surgery supervises and trains transplant-surgery administrative staff, coordinates HR onboarding/exiting processes, maintains licenses/certifications, schedules continuing education, manages division workflow and communications, provides administrative support to faculty and Advanced Practice Providers, coordinates clinical and research activities (including grant submissions, manuscript preparation, journal clubs), handles timekeeping, CPT and coding-related tasks, coordinates travel and division budget, and assists in general division operations including recruitment, on-boarding, and website coordination.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Four years relevant experience in business management, public administration or administrative services; or a bachelor's degree and two years experience in business management, public administration or administrative services
  • College degree and two years of experience preferred
