Job Summary
Unit Turnover / Maintenance Technician needed for a premium multifamily property in Calgary. Responsibilities include completing suite turnover to prepare vacant units for occupancy, inspecting and repairing drywall and interior finishes, caulking/sealing around fixtures, painting and cosmetic repairs, maintaining common areas, cleaning duties, operating and maintaining tools and equipment, and following safety procedures. Must support preventative maintenance, document tasks in work-order systems, and collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure quality workmanship and resident readiness. Strong customer service, organization, and communication skills are required, with ability to lift 25+ pounds and work in various spaces and schedules.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in residential maintenance, building operations, construction, or a related trade environment preferred.
