Job Summary
Own the unit turn from start to finish, including interior painting, drywall patching, wall preparation, and punch-list repairs. Perform basic appliance troubleshooting, minor plumbing and electrical fixes, and test fixtures, detectors, and HVAC systems. Conduct final cleaning and quality checks to ensure vacant units are move-in ready. Maintain a stable, full-time schedule of 40 hours per week. Valid driver's license required.
