Unit Supervisor (RN)

Oversee daily nursing unit operations, conduct resident rounds, and coordinate individualized care plans to ensure high-quality resident care. Supervise nursing staff, foster accountability and teamwork, and address care concerns promptly. Report resident issues to the Director of Health Services, serve as a liaison with external surveyors, and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. Participate in the nursing on-call rotation, support staff performance evaluations, and model nursing best practices. Maintain readiness for surveys and audits while promoting customer service excellence. Join a supportive community offering six months of training and a blue-badge orientation period.
