Unit Receptionist - Emergency Department

Provide professional, compassionate, and efficient service as the first point of contact for patients, families, and clinicians in the Emergency Department. Deliver exceptional customer service face-to-face and via telephone, supporting families during sensitive care journeys while demonstrating the ability to work unsupervised and as part of a team. Maintain knowledge of medical terminology and health industry experience to ensure outstanding support. This permanent part-time role involves up to 36 hours per fortnight across a 24/7 rostered schedule from Monday to Sunday.
