Job Summary
Receive product donations from donors and determine usable, saleable items per guidelines. Pre-sort, quality sort, hang, and tag product for the sales floor while meeting production targets within specified time periods. Sweep, mop, dust, empty trash, and ensure racks remain orderly to maintain store cleanliness. Follow safety, security, and company policies for opening, closing, pricing, markdowns, and paperwork. Verify incoming merchandise from warehouse and vendors. Participate in required training and perform other assigned duties. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to pass pre-screenings such as background or drug screenings
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to fifty (50) lbs., with or without assistance
