Job Summary
Drive fast ramp of new wide bandgap technologies in manufacturing factories while ensuring zero quality issues. Collaborate with process integration, device, package development, and product engineering teams to select fab tools and develop module unit processes. Lead feasibility studies and production ramping for new technologies, identifying problems analytically and driving improvements across all aspects of the workflow. Execute hands-on work independently and within teams to meet customer requirements for manufacturability, high quality, and fast time to market delivery.
