Unit PRN RN (RN) - Surgery/Bariatric

Perform the Nursing Process using evidence-based practice to deliver individualized, relationship-based care for surgical and bariatric patients. Coordinate interdisciplinary rounds, documentation, and patient teaching while partnering with families to set and update care goals. Support performance improvement initiatives, research utilization, and shared governance activities to promote safe, quality patient outcomes. Mentor staff and students, participate in protocol development, and proactively plan care across the continuum. Complete all mandatory education and competency assessments. Requires RN license (Single State or Compact), 2+ years surgical/bariatric experience, BLS/ACLS, and Epic/3M data entry skills.
