Unit PRN RN (RN) - Surgery/Bariatric

Perform the nursing process using evidence-based practice to deliver individualized, relationship-based care that prioritizes patient goals and cultural diversity. Coordinate safe, quality patient care through interdisciplinary collaboration, timely documentation, and participation in performance improvement initiatives and shared governance. Mentor staff and students while promoting research utilization and data collection to evaluate patient care products and address clinical questions. Proactively plan care across the continuum, develop protocols to reduce readmissions and adverse events, and support efficient resource use. Complete all mandatory education and competency assessments. Requires 2 years of experience, Epic and 3M system proficiency, and BLS/ACLS certifications.
