UNIT MANAGER

Manage unit operations by overseeing daily workflows, allocating resources, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. Coordinate cross-functional teams to execute operational goals, resolve escalations, and monitor performance metrics. Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. Maintain accurate records of inventory, staffing, and financial data for reporting. This role requires a minimum of five years of experience in unit management within a similar environment. Full-time, on-site position with a competitive salary range of $85,000 to $110,000.
