Unit Manager (UM) - RN

Lead and support nursing staff (RNs, LPNs, CNAs) to maintain exceptional standards of resident care while coordinating and overseeing resident care plans in collaboration with physicians and interdisciplinary teams. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations and Louisville Gardens policies, manage staffing schedules for appropriate coverage, and complete performance evaluations with ongoing coaching. Monitor clinical outcomes, initiate improvements, respond to resident and family concerns, and participate in quality assurance, infection control, and safety programs. Assist with managing unit resources and maintaining cost-effective operations. This role is key in supporting clinical excellence, staff engagement, and a positive resident experience at a Great Place to Work®-certified skilled nursing facility.
