Unit Manager (UM) - LPN

Lead and support nursing staff (RNs, LPNs, CNAs) to maintain exceptional standards of resident care while coordinating care plans with physicians and interdisciplinary teams. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations alongside Louisville Gardens policies, and manage staffing schedules to guarantee appropriate coverage and continuity. Complete performance evaluations, provide ongoing coaching, and monitor clinical outcomes to initiate improvements when necessary. Respond to resident and family concerns with professionalism and empathy, while participating in quality assurance, infection control, and safety programs. Assist with managing unit resources to maintain cost-effective operations.
