Job Summary
Manage staff operations including hiring, training, coaching, and addressing performance issues for two or more employees. Control labor costs through scheduling, timeclock management, and crew meal adjustments while conducting daily and monthly closing paperwork. Oversee food inventory, supply orders, revenue reconciliation, and Point of Sale system maintenance including wage adjustments and report analysis. Handle cash management duties such as register audits, bank deposit preparation, and security guard coordination. Lead safety meetings, ensure OSHA compliance for equipment maintenance, and resolve customer incidents to maintain standards. Optimize profits by controlling food, beverage, and labor costs while ensuring all certifications and personnel files remain current.
