Job Summary
Supervise and direct nursing staff and aides in rendering resident care services while ensuring clinical unit compliance with facility, state, and federal policies. Maintain awareness of all residents and their needs to guarantee these requirements are met. As a member of Nursing Administration, oversee operations within a facility specializing in short-term rehabilitation, intermediate, and long-term care.
Required Qualifications
- Active RN or LPN license in the state of Virginia
- ASN or BSN degree from an accredited college or graduation from an accredited nursing program
- CPR certification
