Job Summary
Lead and manage a team of nurses and support staff within the unit, developing and implementing care plans to ensure individualized resident care. Supervise daily operations, including staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation, while conducting regular assessments to maintain quality standards and compliance. Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to nursing staff, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to optimize resident well-being. This full-time, salaried position requires Monday through Friday work with some weekends, on-call rotation participation, and a valid state RN license. Experience in long-term care and previous unit management is required, with dementia and memory care expertise preferred.
Required Qualifications

- Experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a Long-Term Care setting
