Job Summary
Coordinate daily clinical unit operations, ensuring staffing levels meet resident needs and adjusting schedules to reflect actual coverage. Lead weekly resident "At Risk" meetings, morning clinical reviews, and PPS sessions to identify care concerns and implement interventions. Monitor resident care, documentation, and medication administration while ensuring compliance with state, federal, and HIPAA regulations. Review 24-hour change reports daily, manage staff assignments including breaks, and initiate disciplinary action as necessary. Assist with performance evaluations, grievance resolution, and corrective actions for problem areas. Greet new admissions, complete admission documentation within 24 to 48 hours, and ensure all personnel follow safety, infection control, and fire drill protocols. Bachelor's degree preferred with two years of long-term care experience and active RN licensure required. Compensation ranges from $106,080 to $114,400 annually based on experience and credentials.
Required Qualifications
- Must be an actively licensed RN in assigned state(s) of employment
- Previous supervisory experience
- Two years of LTC experience
