Unit Manager (RN) - Skilled Nursing

Provide 24-hour oversight of the assigned nursing unit, supervising and coaching staff with a focus on CNA support and performance. Oversee development and evaluation of resident care plans while monitoring clinical indicators and ensuring documentation, infection control, and regulatory compliance standards. Serve as the key point of contact for families and providers, communicating care changes and supporting service recovery. Manage daily staffing, call-ins, and scheduling needs while participating in hiring and performance management. Conduct daily rounds to verify quality and environment standards. This role is ideal for a seasoned RN in a Skilled Nursing Facility who prefers leadership over task-based nursing and brings structure to team development.
