Unit Manager RN - Salary

Supervise the delivery of care to a group of residents in a nursing unit while ensuring resident needs are met. Direct and support Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) and other staff in the delivery of nursing care. Maintain current state licensure, active CPR certification, and one to three years of related experience, with supervisory experience preferred. Work within a 169-bed facility offering short-term rehabilitation and long-term care, supporting a culture of resident-centered services and personalized spirituality.
