Unit Manager (RN) responsible for supervising delivery of care to residents in a nursing unit, ensuring residents' needs are met while overseeing CNAs and other staff in nursing care delivery. Requires active RN license, 1–3 years of related experience with supervisory experience preferred, and CPR certification.
