Unit Manager RN

Manage and supervise nursing staff, including RNs, LPNs, and CNAs, to ensure the delivery of excellent resident care. Develop and implement nursing care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team. Monitor resident health and well-being, coordinate with healthcare providers, and conduct regular staff performance assessments. Serve as a liaison between residents, families, and providers to address concerns and ensure open communication. This role requires a valid Alabama RN license, CPR certification, and at least two years of long-term care experience.
