Job Summary
Oversee clinical nurses and nurse assistants to ensure high-quality, compassionate care while conducting comprehensive medical assessments and implementing treatment plans. Coordinate staffing needs, assist in hiring, and mentor nursing staff through training programs including Preceptor Training. Maintain accurate resident records to ensure adherence to state and federal regulations and resolve grievances with families to uphold resident rights. Drive innovation by implementing new processes to enhance patient outcomes and facility operations. Work full-time 7am-3pm Monday through Friday with an on-call rotation required.
Required Qualifications
- Active RN or LPN License in good standing
- At least 3 years of nursing experience
- Minimum 1 year of nursing leadership or administrative experience
- Must Be able to work on call
