Job Summary
Unit Manager (RN) or (LPN) leads nursing staff to ensure high-quality, resident-centered care on the assigned unit; responsibilities include staffing supervision, staff development, direct resident care, development/implementation of individualized treatment plans, maintaining resident records, coordinating schedules, and upholding resident rights in collaboration with families and staff.
Required Qualifications
- current, unencumbered, active state license to practice as an RN or LPN
- Minimum (3) years nursing experience preferred in a setting serving the same age/type of resident population served by this facility
- Minimum one (1) year experience in nursing administration
