Job Summary
Lead and manage a team of nurses and support staff within the Long Term Care and Skilled Nursing units. Develop and implement care plans to ensure individualized resident care, while supervising daily operations including staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation. Conduct regular assessments to maintain quality standards and compliance, providing guidance, mentorship, and training to nursing staff. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize resident well-being. Requires a valid state RN license with supervisory experience in Long-Term Care, plus a $4,000 sign-on bonus and 32-hour weekly schedule.
