Job Summary
Unit Manager role overseeing daily operations of sub-acute, skilled nursing, and long-term care units at Roswell Nursing & Rehabilitation Center. Responsibilities include supervising RNs, LPNs, and CNAs; developing and implementing individualized care plans; monitoring patient progress and outcomes; providing leadership, mentorship, and staff development; ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies. Requires nursing degree and active GA RN/LPN licensure with at least 2 years of Unit Manager or similar experience in a long-term care or rehabilitation setting.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Nursing degree (RN or LPN) from an accredited institution
- Experience: Minimum 2 years as a Unit Manager or similar role, preferably in long-term care or rehabilitation
- Licensure: Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse (LPN) in Georgia
