Job Summary
As the RN/LPN Unit Manager, you'll provide leadership and supervision of the nursing staff, oversee and coordinate resident care plans with the interdisciplinary team, conduct regular health status assessments, update care plans, train and orient new employees, and handle emergencies per established protocols to ensure high-quality patient care and an exceptional resident experience.
Required Qualifications
- Active Licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in state of practice
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with strong focus on teamwork and collaboration
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized and detail oriented
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
