Job Summary
Supervise licensed nurses and nursing personnel in the delivery of care for all residents on the assigned unit while assuming full accountability for nursing care. Manage the unit in accordance with company philosophy, professional standards, and all federal and state laws. Create a comforting atmosphere for residents and promote interdisciplinary communication to exceed the needs of families and staff. Work Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Indiana RN or LPN license or ability to obtain an Indiana license
