Job Summary
Unit Manager with LTC experience overseeing and coordinating resident care, auditing charts for compliance, attending IDT and compliance meetings, and on-call rotations. Must hold RN/LPN license in UT with minimum 2 years direct LTC care and 1 year management experience; CPR cert required. Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and teamwork skills; ADA accommodations apply per policy.
Required Qualifications
- RN/LPN license in UT
- Minimum two (2) years of direct care in LTC/restorative/geriatric settings as RN or LPN
- Minimum (1) year nursing management experience
- Current CPR Certification
- Nursing degree from an accredited college or university
- Current unencumbered nursing license in the practicing state
- Must meet state licensure/certification requirements and have no disciplinary action

- Minimum two (2) years of experience providing direct care in long-term care, restorative or geriatric setting as an LPN or RN
