Job Summary
Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to ensure quality care and outstanding customer service for all patients and their families. Create and maintain positive relationships among staff, attract and retain top-performing team members, and supervise existing unit members while coaching them on career development. Maintain stable work history and demonstrate the dedication required to lead the healthcare team. Requires a licensed RN in good standing with one or more years of supervisory experience and reliable transportation.
